Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to Malaysia and Singapore. However, we deliver worldwide for Starbucks merchandise. Foreign shoppers, feel free to visit @roomtwoo_ and send us a direct message (DM) if you wish to purchase any Starbucks merchandise.

Is there any additional charges for shipping fee if I purchase more than one product?
- RoomTwoo offers a flat rate shipping for parcels ship within West Malaysia. Flat rate is a charge or level of payment that is the same in all cases. We absorb the additional shipping rate for your better shopping experience.
- For East Malaysia and other countries, additional charges will be applied based on the weight / volumetric weight of your order. Please be noted that the shipping fees is just a rough estimation, any weight dispute after item is delivered will need to be made up by buyer.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Item will take 14 to 24 or more working days to arrive after the batch closing date / launch date of item (if has any).
Our preorder batch closes at 10th, 20th and 30th / 31st of every month. For example, if you made your order order on the 11th, you are in batch with the closing date at 20th.
Launch date of item is prioritized before batch closing date. For example, if you made your order order on the 11th and the item is launching at 30th, the estimation period starts after 30th.
Kindly allow delay due to unpredictable circumstances beyond our control. Any enquiries regarding shipment before ETA will not be entertained.
We will deliver your item within 1 to 3 working days after payment is made. You shall receive it within 1 to 5 working days after we delivered your item.
*Note : working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking number is not immediately available after you placed your order. You will receive tracking number via email and SMS (Malaysia) when your order is delivered.
